Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a master's or doctoral degree in physical therapy and hold a valid colorado pt license and/Or cde special services provider license in physical therapy. Required experience includes providing school-Based pt services to students with disabilities and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, with knowledge of idea and iep development being essential.
