Behavior Interventionist II

Provides specialized behavior intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) in various settings, teaching strategies to increase skills and decrease behavior excesses to both clients and caregivers. Responsibilities also include attending required meetings, completing necessary documentation like treatment notes and progress reports, and staying current with relevant research.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree and one year of exposure to children with asd, or current enrollment in a related college program plus two years of exposure, along with maintaining registered behavioral technician (Rbt) status. Essential qualifications include demonstrated competency in aba methodologies, basic computer skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to pass background checks and physical requirements.
