Full-Time Mentor - Adult Day Services - M-F Days

This role supports the delivery of person-Centered adult day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with activity planning, life skills learning, and achieving personal goals for growth and independence. Essential functions include providing emotional support, supervision, personal care, maintaining required documentation, and facilitating advocacy for service plan changes.

A high school diploma is required, and 2-4 years of related experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy, and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting participants with personal care and mobility.
