Temporary- Career Coach WIOA

The career coach supports job seekers by assessing employment barriers, providing resources and referrals, and developing individual employment plans (Ieps) to achieve employment goals. This role involves tracking client progress, coordinating with internal and external agencies, and maintaining accurate, timely documentation for all job seekers.

Candidates should possess strong service orientation and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse population, along with good attention to detail for accurate resource allocation. Preferred experience includes social services, case management, counseling, or customer service, and the ability to travel between skokie and evanston offices is required.
