Career coach (Scsep)

The career coach will deliver employment services by assessing participant barriers and goals, providing training and support, referring to external agencies, assisting with job searches, and identifying employment leads with local companies. Responsibilities also include conducting recruitment, intake, assessment, developing individual employment plans, and monitoring participant progress monthly.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adept at building rapport and resolving conflicts, and demonstrate computer proficiency with microsoft office. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or candidates must have six years of relevant coaching or case management experience, plus two years in social services, counseling, or job development with an employment focus.
