Infant Lead Teacher

The lead infant teacher will create a calm, nurturing montessori environment for infants (Ages 0-3), observing each child closely to provide individualized care that supports their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Responsibilities include preparing the classroom, respecting natural rhythms for care activities, and building strong relationships with children and families.

Candidates must have experience working with infants/Toddlers and possess a genuine passion and nurturing personality, along with a desire to support parents in their child's growth. The role requires leading a mixed-Age infant classroom within a montessori framework.
