Support Staff CSS

Staff will provide individualized support to people with developmental disabilities to help them achieve personal goals while living in the community, including implementing prescribed supervision levels and behavioral interventions. Responsibilities also cover assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring medical health issues are addressed, and supporting pre-Vocational/Vocational skill development.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, along with 3 to 6 months of related experience or human service training. Essential requirements include owning an insured vehicle, holding a valid connecticut driver's license, and the ability to obtain cpr, first aid, and pmt certifications.
