Residential Counselor - Per Diem

The residential counselor will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans identifying needs and strengths, and provide both individual and group counseling services. Responsibilities also include coordinating with service providers, participating in team meetings, and maintaining accurate patient records according to regulatory standards.

Candidates must possess either a casac or casac-T credential, or a master's degree in a field that qualifies for licensure in new york state. The role requires the ability to handle the fast-Paced uncertainty of treating people in crisis within a residential treatment environment.
