This role is responsible for engaging and converting highly qualified applicants, especially the most academically accomplished students in tennessee, into prestigious honors programs like global fellows, catalyst fellows, and summitt fellows. The coordinator will plan and execute personalized engagement, high-Impact campus experiences, and premier yield events.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with two years of professional experience in recruitment, admissions, honors education, student success, sales, marketing, or a related field. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, the ability to engage elite students, organizational skills, and the capacity to supervise student employees.
