Classroom Behavior Specialist/Milieu Counselor

The specialist ensures students receive effective behavioral support using positive interventions and strong relationships across all daily activities. Key duties include active supervision, modeling social interactions, intervening during dysregulation, and collecting/Analyzing daily behavioral data.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required, alongside at least one year of related experience working with children or adolescents. Candidates must possess strong communication, behavioral support skills, empathy, and the ability to manage crises quickly and safely.
