Assistant Men's Soccer Coach

The primary role involves spearheading recruiting efforts for the men's soccer program, requiring relationship building with high school and club programs, and developing a recruitment plan to meet goals. The coach will also assist with practice schedules, travel, event management, instruction, and contribute to the program's success on the field, in the classroom, and spiritually.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate a strong christian commitment aligning with the university's lifestyle statement and mission. Preferred experience includes collegiate soccer coaching, recruiting, marketing, scheduling, and facility care, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.
