Assistant Women's Cross Country Coach

The primary role involves spearheading recruiting efforts for the women's cross country program, which includes developing a recruitment plan and building relationships with high school and club programs. The coach will also assist with practice schedules, competition logistics, team travel, event management, and individualized instruction.

Candidates must possess a strong christian commitment aligning with the university's lifestyle statement and mission, coupled with collegiate cross country coaching experience, preferably including recruiting and event management. A bachelor's degree is required, along with strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
