Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach

The primary role involves spearheading recruiting efforts for the women’s volleyball program, requiring relationship building with high school and club programs, and developing a recruitment plan to meet team goals. The coach will also assist with practice schedules, competition management, travel coordination, and contribute to coaching, preferably in training pin hitters and team defense.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate a strong christian commitment aligning with the university's lifestyle statement and mission. Required experience includes collegiate volleyball coaching, recruiting student-Athletes, and skills in communication, organization, and time management.
