Core responsibilities

The nurse educator is responsible for coordinating the onboarding of all new staff in continuing care settings (Skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, long-Term care) and providing clinical education to employees. This role involves partnering with clinical leaders to assist with professional development programs, orientation, and required in-Service training.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess current licensure as a registered nurse with the state board of examiner of nurses and basic computer skills including proficiency in microsoft office, powerpoint, excel, and visio. Experience with electronic medical records and cpr/First aid training are preferred.
