Graduate Assistant, Swimming & Diving

The graduate assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the head coach in all aspects of running a successful swimming and diving program, including athlete recruitment, academic monitoring, practice preparation, and competition management. This role also involves assisting with program planning, budget maintenance, public relations, and organizing summer camp activities.

A bachelor's degree is required for this position, and related coaching experience is preferred. The role demands knowledge and skills specific to the sport, adherence to ncaa and university rules, and the ability to handle non-Traditional work hours and potential extensive travel.
