Responsibilities also include proactive communication with sports medicine staff, weight room supervision, and maintaining facility and equipment upkeep.

Requirements summary

A bachelor's degree in exercise science or a related field is required, along with acceptance into a fairfield university graduate program. Candidates must possess sccc or cscs certification, first aid/Cpr/Aed certification, and preferably have related coaching or internship experience with a collegiate or professional sports program.
