Graduate Assistant, Sports Performance

The graduate assistant is responsible for assisting the associate director with comprehensive training programs for 3-4 teams and supporting 1-2 additional teams, ensuring weekly preparation for practices and competitions while maintaining ncaa and university compliance. Responsibilities also include proactive communication with sports medicine staff, weight room supervision, and maintaining facility and equipment upkeep.

A bachelor's degree in exercise science or a related field is required, along with acceptance into a fairfield university graduate program. Candidates must possess sccc or cscs certification, first aid/Cpr/Aed certification, and preferably have related coaching or internship experience with a collegiate or professional sports program.
