Behavior Technician (RBT/BT)

Behavior technicians implement individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision, delivering one-On-One therapy sessions, collecting data on client progress, and supporting skill development across communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior domains. Key duties include utilizing positive reinforcement, monitoring client changes, and collaborating with families and team members.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Experience implementing aba programs or working with children with special needs is a plus, and candidates must possess reliable transportation and a genuine desire to help children flourish.
