Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment plans under bcba supervision, delivering one-On-One therapy sessions and accurately collecting data on client progress across communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior domains. Key duties include utilizing positive reinforcement techniques, monitoring client changes, and collaborating with families and team members to ensure skill generalization.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver license and reliable transportation, with experience implementing aba programs or working with children with special needs being advantageous.
