Nursing Educator Community Heart and Vascular Hospital

The nurse educator collaborates with the education specialist, clinical nurse specialist, and nursing manager/Director to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate the educational needs of nursing staff across specific units (Obs, ed, and daybeds). This role enables staff to deliver quality care tailored to the unique patient population within that unit or department.

A bachelor's degree in nursing is required, or the candidate must be within one year of graduation if they do not currently hold one. Candidates must also possess a minimum of three years of nursing experience, including at least one year in the specialty area, and be licensed as a registered nurse in indiana.
