The teacher is responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans that align with educational standards to support school readiness. They must assess student progress, maintain a safe and inclusive classroom, and collaborate with staff to improve educational programs.
Candidates must hold a CDA or state equivalency, and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field. Experience teaching in a classroom setting and strong communication skills are required.
