Supported Employment and Education Specialist

The specialist assists clients in achieving competitive employment and/Or academic standing consistent with their goals by establishing trusting relationships and conducting ongoing vocational and academic skill assessments. This role involves significant community presence, including developing job leads, supporting clients in the workplace or educational setting, and coordinating care with treatment staff and significant others.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma with a minimum of two years of professional experience developing individualized plans, or an associate's degree in mental health, social services, or a related field plus two years of relevant experience. A valid ohio driver's license with fewer than three points and demonstrated proficiency with job-Related technology are mandatory.
