Workforce Development Instructor

The instructor is responsible for leading workshops, career tracks, and certification tracks for job seekers using developed instructional curriculum and competency standards. They must also provide staff orientation, facilitate team learning, and ensure accurate reporting of attendance and progress in the appropriate database.

A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of workforce experience is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates must possess at least two years of experience instructing adult learners and demonstrated proficiency with electronic platforms, including virtual learning tools.
