The sport instructor i staff is responsible for the general management of all practice activities, including setting up and taking down equipment, aiding coaches, and ensuring equipment maintenance. This role requires maintaining open communication with the sports director and coordinator while upholding ymca professionalism.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, possessing the ability to plan and implement age-Appropriate activities in various settings. A minimum of one year of experience working with diverse populations and the ability to develop positive relationships are required.
