Core responsibilities
Student assistants will provide peer-To-Peer support, focusing on helping undergraduate students, especially first-Year students, build skills, knowledge, and confidence for academic success through one-On-One meetings and resource guidance. Requirements summary
Minimum requirements include the ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively in english, and be currently admitted or registered as a csu student maintaining at least a 2.0 gpa while enrolled halftime or more. Preferred qualifications suggest one year of undergraduate experience at csusb and a minimum 2.75 gpa.
