Childcare Aide

The childcare aide will be responsible for working in assigned classrooms, potentially as a float, and helping to shape the leaders of tomorrow by inspiring, encouraging, and celebrating a child's love of learning every day. This role involves delighting in equipped classrooms and acting as a brain-Builder for young children.

Applicants must possess previous experience working in a licensed childcare setting and be able to maintain a flexible, full-Time monday-Friday schedule. Candidates must also meet or exceed state qualifications, satisfy the required applicant background study, and demonstrate a positive, team-Centered attitude.
