Core responsibilities
Post-Master's fellows provide psychotherapeutic services to a variety of clients, carrying an active caseload of approximately 12–18 clients across individual, couples, family, or group therapy tracks. Training involves structured supervision, didactic seminars covering 16 apa competency benchmark domains, and active participation in cohort learning activities.
Requirements summary
Applicants must possess a master's degree in a relevant mental health field and must have successfully completed a clinically focused master's-Level practicum where individual psychotherapy was the primary activity. Candidates must declare a licensure track (Licsw, lmft, or lpcc in minnesota) and social work applicants need a current lgsw before the start date.
