Assistant Coach - Women's Soccer

The primary function is to support the head coach in daily program operations, focusing heavily on coaching, program planning, and instructing student-Athletes in sport-Specific skills, health, teamwork, and safety. Essential duties also include scouting opponents, analyzing video, managing team inventory, and actively recruiting prospective student-Athletes.

A minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree along with at least one year of previous soccer coaching experience or competitive college play, and mandatory cpr/Aed/First aid certification. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and more extensive college or top-Level club coaching and recruiting experience.
