The instructor will prepare lesson plans using industry-Standard approaches, teach assigned courses, instruct and evaluate students, track performance, and participate in administrative activities like faculty meetings. They must adhere to all company policies and accreditation standards while fostering student growth.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in esports, game design, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of four years of related experience in esports and esports coaching. The role requires dedication to sharing knowledge and prioritizing student success.
