2026 Fairview Family Health Care Career Scholarship

This is a scholarship program offering $750 to family members of eligible fairview and ebenezer employees who are pursuing healthcare-Related education at a college or technical school. Applicants must submit a complete application package by may 15th, 2026, including transcripts, a resume, and enrollment documentation.

Applicants must be family members (Children, grandchildren, siblings, etc.) of benefit-Eligible fairview/Ebenezer employees and must be enrolling in or currently pursuing an accredited college or technical school program in a healthcare discipline that aligns with fairview's needs. The program level can range from certificate through doctorate.
