2026 Employee Dependent Health Care Scholarship

This scholarship offers $750 to dependents of eligible fairview and ebenezer employees who are pursuing or entering a college-Level or technical school program in a healthcare discipline aligned with fairview. Applicants must be dependents of benefit-Eligible fairview/Ebenezer employees and must be high school seniors, recent graduates, or currently enrolled students in an accredited healthcare education program ranging from certificate to doctorate level.
