Childcare Secondary Teacher (54410)

The secondary teacher supports a safe, developmentally appropriate learning environment by assisting with curriculum implementation, adapting teaching strategies, and documenting children's growth through notes and goal tracking. Responsibilities also include active engagement with the classroom team, parent communication, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and maintaining classroom operations like meal assistance and cleaning.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a child development associate credential (Cda), an associate’s degree in early childhood education/Child development, or a higher credential level. Required qualifications include demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, knowledge of behavioral/Physical health systems, excellent communication skills, and reliable transportation.
