Core responsibilities
The academic coach engages students both in-Person and online, collaborating with staff to promote student success, provide necessary outreach and support services, and ensure students achieve personal and program goals. This role also involves providing on-Site support for school management, overseeing student discipline, and fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate subject matter competency, preferably with an associate or higher degree, or equivalent college credit/Assessment. A valid driver's license and residency in colorado are mandatory, with two years of experience working with youth or in a secondary school setting preferred.
