Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Float

The rbt floater travels across the region to provide essential coverage in multiple clinics, ensuring continuous clinical services to reduce session cancellations. Responsibilities include demonstrating high treatment integrity across all programming, accurate data collection, and effective collaboration with the aba team and other service providers.

A minimum of a high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; rbt certification is mandatory. Candidates must be willing to obtain bls/Cpr and crisis management training, and must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted and traveling to various locations within the colorado springs area.
