TFC - Social Worker

The social worker provides regular individual, family, and group support to foster children/Youth and their families, while collaborating with agencies to develop comprehensive treatment plans addressing psychological and social needs. Responsibilities also include performing home studies, participating in court reporting, and managing case documentation.

Minimum qualifications require a master’s degree from an accredited school of social work and current maryland state licensure at the lmsw level, along with reliable transportation and a valid md driver's license. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communication and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to develop the potential of others.
