DC - Therapeutic Behavioral Aide

The role involves providing direct, one-On-One support to students with special needs across grades k-12, helping them succeed in the classroom environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with staff and families to implement iep goals and assisting with crisis intervention and documentation of student progress.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with a preference for experience in special education. A minimum of one year working with students with special needs or autism is required, alongside strong communication, teamwork, patience, and empathy.
