HSSC Registered Nurse

The registered nurse will provide direct, top-Level health services within a 24/7 residential summer program environment for high school students, including creating a safe environment and acting as a role model. Responsibilities also involve medical center organization, maintaining records, supervising medication, and collaborating with non-Medical staff on safety considerations.

Candidates must possess a california or new york rn license, advanced bls cpr, and first aid certification, explicitly excluding lpns. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years working with high school-Aged individuals in an educational context, along with experience in scheduling and residential education environments.
