OMAHA KROC CENTER - Group Swim Lesson Instructor

Swim lesson instructors are responsible for coordinating required materials, providing appropriate instruction to increase client swim skills, and ensuring the safety of participants during group swim lesson sessions. This includes enforcing rules, providing exceptional service, and maintaining accurate documentation of lessons and progress.

Candidates should preferably have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience teaching swim lessons to various age groups, along with general aquatic safety knowledge. Required qualifications include strong english communication skills, flexibility, teamwork ability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential matters.
