Radiology Student Technologist - St. Francis Downtown

The radiology student technologist must work under the direction of a registered radiologic technologist, applying diagnostic imaging skills safely using ionizing radiation in diagnostic radiology. Essential functions include assisting with reviewing patient information for radiographic exams, providing lifting assistance, and escorting patients to and from radiology.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited radiology program, have completed one year of school with a minimum gpa of 2.5, and preferably possess bls certification upon hire, obtaining it before direct patient care. A state limited x-Ray machine operator license is preferred unless state law requires it.
