Job description
Description The Youth Sports Coach is responsible for delivering structured sports programming to groups of young children following B.E.S.T. curriculum guidelines. Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and instruct sports classes, camps, and/or clinics for children ages 18 months to 12 years. Implement and follow B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques. Maintain a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment. Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants at all times. Set up, organize, and break down equipment as needed before and after classes. Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, teammates, and supervisors. Complete required class check-ins, reporting, and attendance tracking. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Represent B.E.S.T. values and uphold a high standard of customer service.
