RBT/ABA Therapist (Mon & Tue: 9:00-4:15) 4 y/o GIRL

The role involves providing one-On-One support to children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, focusing on building daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-Based aba therapy. Responsibilities include following treatment plans designed by a bcba, tracking progress using a data system, and providing feedback to families.

Candidates must have experience working with children in settings like sped para, 1:1 aide, or after-School programs, with aba experience being a plus. Reliable transportation and afternoon/Evening availability are required, and applicants must pass a background check.
