Home Visiting Family Coach - Positive Impacts

The family coach will manage a caseload, providing support and case management to families seeking preventive or early intervention services in their homes or community settings. Responsibilities include sharing evidence-Based practices, connecting families to resources, and assessing child safety and health as a first priority.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred, alongside a minimum of two years of related experience working with children and families in community-Based social services. Proficiency in spanish and english is preferred, and the ability to engage difficult-To-Reach, traumatized, or disengaged individuals is essential.
