The Family Coach will manage a caseload, providing support and case management to families seeking preventive or early intervention services in their homes or community settings. The Family Coach carries a caseload serving families voluntarily seeking preventive or early intervention services in their homes or community to assist with parenting and other family relationships. Family Coaches provide parent support and case management addressing concrete needs, connecting to community resources, and sharing evidence-based practices for developing healthier coping skills and parenting techniques through the Nurturing Parent Curriculum.
Programming based in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) and Healthy Families America (HFA) Home Visiting Model Emphasis on professional learning, growth, and development Family Coach role has no on-call duties Extensive formal and on-the-job training standard as part of the on-boarding process. Paid time-off for Agency Wellness Week (December 25th to December 31st annually)
