On Call Substitute (3848)

The on call substitute teacher is responsible for substituting as a lead or assistant teacher in classrooms, ensuring quality early learning experiences in the absence of full-Time staff. They must effectively manage classrooms, provide a safe educational environment, and communicate professionally with the school community.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare facility and be willing to complete 36 hours of approved training annually. A cda or higher-Level degree in early childhood education is preferred or candidates must be willing to obtain it within six months.
