HCBS Residential House Counselor

The residential house counselor provides direct care and rehabilitative services for clients in the residential program, ensuring their safety and welfare. Responsibilities include skill-Building activities, therapeutic mentoring, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates having two years of experience working with the target population. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask are essential.
