Qualified Professional, Intensive In-Home

Intensive in-Home team members coordinate and implement person-Centered planning for clients. The qualified professional is responsible for clinical functions, including scheduling and maintaining clinical records.

Candidates must have a minimum of a 4-Year college degree in a human service field and 2 years of documented experience with youth and adolescents with mental health diagnoses. Basic academic skills for documentation and record maintenance are also required.
