PT Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional provides supervision and guidance to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting, assisting with personal care and medication management. They also ensure compliance with agency policies and support individuals in achieving their personal goals.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or ged equivalent, or relevant experience in the field. A clean criminal record and u.s. Citizenship are also required.
