  • Job Responsibilities

Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials left by the classroom teacher in a faithful and effective manner.

Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies to ensure a safe, respectful, and prayerful learning environment.

Uphold and support the mission, philosophy, and values of Catholic education.

Supervise students in the classroom, during lunch, recess, and transitions as needed.

Maintain daily records of student attendance and class activities.

Communicate professionally with students, staff, and administration.

Encourage and model Christian values, respect, and service in daily interactions.

Job Requirements

Valid teaching certificate or substitute license (as required by the Diocese or state).

Prior classroom or educational experience preferred.

Practicing Catholic preferred; must respect and support the Catholic mission of the school.

Ability to follow lesson plans and manage a classroom independently.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
