Behavior Technician

The role involves working one-On-One with children with special needs to support the development of communication, self-Help, social, and play skills. Responsibilities also include implementing behavior plans designed by bcbas and accurately tracking client progress through data collection and clinical notes.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, along with having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Availability requirements include working a minimum of three weekdays for a three-Hour shift between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and attending mandatory initial training sessions.
