School-based Behavior Technician (Part-time & Full-time)

The role involves working one-On-One with children with special needs to support the development of communication, self-Help, social, and play skills. Responsibilities also include implementing behavior plans designed by bcbas and accurately tracking client progress through data collection and clinical notes.

Candidates must have experience working with maladaptive behaviors in children and/Or adults, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are mandatory, along with availability to work at least three weekdays between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm.
