As a behavior technician, you will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting, following treatment plans developed by bcbas. You will also be responsible for accurately recording progress in the data collection system and maintaining professional relationships with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and consistent monday through friday availability, though part-Time shifts are offered. While rbt/Cbt certification is preferred, obtaining it within 60 days of employment is required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum education.
