HC Childcare Staff (Flex)

This role involves assisting with curriculum instruction, managing child check-In/Check-Out procedures, and helping with meal preparation and feeding children. Staff must also engage physically with children in activities and maintain a clean, organized classroom environment.

The primary requirement is a high school diploma or ged, along with passing a clear background check. Experience in daycare or children's ministry is preferred but not mandatory.
